Descriptive repository metadata (names, institution, links, software, policies) is open through the interface, the API, OAI-PMH and CSV/JSON exports, for reuse with attribution.
Personal data
Contact details provided in requests are used only for review and communication and are not published. Institutional contact e-mails of repositories are kept in the administrative area only.
Accuracy
Sources and verification dates are recorded. Any user can report an error or suggest an update from a repository page. A confirmed error is corrected promptly.
Audit log
All administrative changes (who, when, what) are logged for transparency and accountability.
